Vision

To provide an exceptional athletic program in a positive, competitive, enjoyable atmosphere, to help each athlete reach their maximum potential as an alpine ski racer and young adult.

Mission

Our mission is twofold:

• Develop individuals who are passionate about alpine skiing and ski racing, who are motivated to succeed and maintain long term involvement in the sport of skiing.
• Develop athletes who are independent thinkers with and provide them with the tools needed to continue along the development pathway to provincial and then national ski teams or to  college level competition.

Mandate

• To unite the best alpine ski athletes in the National Capital and Outaouais region together on one team in order to create an environment where these athletes can push each other in both training and competition to better results.
• To provide an exceptional alpine ski racing and training program in a competitive, enjoyable atmosphere that will help each athlete mature and reach his/her maximum potential as a ski racing and young adult.
