Selection Criteria & Eligibility

The NCO Alpine Ski Team accepts applications and evaluates racers in the spring of each season. Selection is based on performance in regional and provincial championships (such as OCup, QCup, and U16 Nationals), physical dryland fitness metrics, sportsmanship, coach recommendations, and commitment to the full-season FIS training and competition calendar.

For the 2026–2027 season, athletes participate in dryland camps starting in June, on-snow glacier camps in the autumn, and 24+ FIS race starts across North America and Europe.
